Student Admission Cancellation and Refund Rules

The fee refund policy and guidelines of the University applicable to online programmes is hereby notified.

Circumstances and Applicable Refunds:

i) For July 2026 intake:

In both self-financing cases and loan assisted cases:

Refund applicable for the academic session 2026-2027
a) All cancellations of admission/ migrations of students up to 30th September 2026

b) Upto 31st October 2026 Full refund of All fees with a deduction of Rs. 1000 as processing fee
c) For any admission schedule extending / commencing beyond / after 31st October 2026 
  • a) 100%, 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission.
  • b) 90%, of all fees, less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission.
  • c) 80% of all fees, 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission.
  • d) 50% of all fees, 30 days or less but more than 15 days after formally notified date of admission.
Any other cases over and above post commencements:
a) Student fails to pay subsequent semester fees
b) Student detained because of backlogs
c) Student if paid Yearly / All Year Program Fee
Student/University0%, More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission.

The refund will be processed within a period of 60 to 90 working days from the date of approval.
