Student Admission Cancellation and Refund Rules
The fee refund policy and guidelines of the University applicable to online programmes is hereby notified.
Circumstances and Applicable Refunds:
i) For July 2026 intake:
In both self-financing cases and loan assisted cases:

| Refund applicable for the academic session 2026-2027 a) All cancellations of admission/ migrations of students up to 30th September 2026 | Student/University | Full refund of All fees |
| b) Upto 31st October 2026 | Full refund of All fees with a deduction of Rs. 1000 as processing fee | |
| c) For any admission schedule extending / commencing beyond / after 31st October 2026 |

| Any other cases over and above post commencements: a) Student fails to pay subsequent semester fees b) Student detained because of backlogs c) Student if paid Yearly / All Year Program Fee | Student/University | 0%, More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission. |
The refund will be processed within a period of 60 to 90 working days from the date of approval.
