Prof. Ciarán McFadden-Young is a lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland. He teaches across a broad range of HRM and OB topics, including Diversity and Inclusion, Employment Relations, and Leadership. He has previously taught in the Republic of Ireland, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He is the Programme Leader for the Global MBA at Edinburgh Napier University.

Dr. Frankie Asare-Donkoh is an award-winning journalist with over 30 years of practice. He has been lecturing in universities since 2005. Courses he teaches include Political Science and Government; Journalism, Media, and Communication Studies, and Business Administration.
He was previously Head of the Department of Media and Communication Studies at Pente- cost University, Ghana.
He is a former acting General Secretary (2000) and Deputy General Secretary (1996-1999) of the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA). He is the President of the Ghanaian Centre of PEN International (a worldwide association of writers) and was from 2012 to 2019, the Secretary-General of PEN Africa Network. He is a founding member of the Communication Educators Association, Ghana, as well as a member of the Ghana Association of Writers.

Dr. Kasia Nowak earned her Ph.D. in English from the University of London and her MScR in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh. Her research focuses on literary criticism, literary theory, narrative theory, and the theory of the novel. She is also very much interested in feminist, race, and gender studies and is willing to undertake interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary projects in the scope of Humanities.
Her Ph.D. thesis will be published in its original three-volume form. Polyphonic novels from Dostoevsky to Faulkner is a multifaceted approach to this type of long fiction and its important place in the global literary canon. Dr. Nowak’s ethos as an academic teacher is to share her knowledge and her ever-growing passion for research and life-long learning with her students, promoting their independence and critical thinking.

Prof. Kevin Pace has been a lecturer and teacher for over 30 years. He originally studied law and changed his plans for a career in law to a career in teaching law and business, a decision he has never regretted. He teaches in schools, colleges, and universities, and has been a professional trainer, coach, and mentor working with a range of small, medium, and large organizations in the public and private sectors for most of his career.
